Impressively clean and modern. Very well located on the river with a lovely view of the castle. Food was very good and staff were outstanding. Brilliant!
Top Tip
Do the golf buggy tour from the old town (well worth it) and don't miss the incredible shopping complex at the top of the old town.

A fantastic hotel with really good views over the river and the castle. It was within easy walking distance of the Old Square and most of the other attractions this beautiful city has to offer. We found the staff freindly and helpful, the restaurant prices were good. Breakfast was varied and there was always a good choice, there was even chocolate cake!!! The staff on reception were very helpfule and wehn my daughter developed a bad cold they were able to direct us to the nearest pharmacy. They arranged a taxi to take us back to the airport and booked a trip to Aushwitz for us.All in all a very good experience and I would certainly stay here again. The only complaint I have is that we would have liked to stay a couple of extra days!!!

The Salt Mines are esay to do on your own and well worth a visit.Go by train, it is the last stop on the line and signposted when you get there. You can buy a ticket on the train for the return journey, the ticket costs 2.80 zloty, about 75p.The staff at the railway are very helpful, avoid the bus station and the staff in the information office there are beyond rude!!!Schindlers Fcatory is also well worth a visit, good value for money and very interesting,it as about 20 mins walk from the hotel, along the river and across the new pedestrian foot bridge.I would recommend Marmalade for a meal.
