The Columbus Hotel is housed in a plain but reasonably attractive building. The lobby is small, but bright and welcoming with full-length windows lending it a bright, airy feel. The 24 medium sized guestrooms are beautifully finished with unusual dark wood furniture and imaginative colour schemes of pale beige mixed with vibrant warm oranges and reds. Being newly built, the rooms and the smart modern bathrooms are in exceptional condition. The hotel's breakfast room is located on the ground floor, just off the lobby. One wall features a beautiful frieze by a local artist reflecting the voyages of Columbus as its theme.
